I just responded to your email, but I'll post what I wrote here as well in case anyone else has the same question:
Install the drivers that came with your interface. Then restart your computer. Then plug the UA-25 into the computer via the USB chord. Your UA-25 should then be readable by the computer. To connect a MIDI controller to the computer you would first need to go through the interface. You will need a MIDI cable. When you have this plug one end into the MIDI Out jack of the keyboard and the other end into the MIDI In jack of the interface. Make sure you turn your keyboard on (the UA-25 runs of your computer's power). It should now be readable as long as your computer's settings and audio/midi programs are configured to use the UA-25 as their input/(maybe output too) device.
