iTnes has a option under the "advanced" tab that says "join CD tracks". This has worked for me a time or two with tracks that blended into one another. java script:emoticon('')

i am sure that you could use cdda2wav to rip the cd. the files will be filename.wav
then you can use the command: cat `ls filename.* | sort -n -t . +2` > filename.complete then rename the filename.complete to filename.wav you will have all the files clumped into one file. .wav or .aif doesn't matter. filename is generic for the scripts purpose. this should work. you can make a shell script out of the cdda2wav command, rename command, and sort command to automate the whole process.
